Suncorp Middleware Portal
This product was designed to improve operations, efficiency and accountability of middleware within the organisation.
In my tenure at Suncorp Group, I transitioned from the Digital Banking team into the Cloud and Infrastructure division. During this time I facilitated business model canvasing sessions with the team to frame a particular problem.
After subsequent analysis, I created the strategy and design overseeing the project through to implementation.
- Providing valuable experience in the following areas: Agile management, empowering non-designers to design, project management with product strategy and UI/UX design.
