About
I’m a lead experience designer and product manager with a background in industrial design and a passion for thought leadership. From leading cross-functional design teams, facilitating design workshops, engaging with stakeholders, to launching complex product solutions - I advocate for big picture thinking, collaboration and utilisation of new technologies.
Outside of work you’ll find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and looking after my furry friends or chilling at the beach.
My Design Ethos
Design happens whenever someone transforms an existing situation into a better one, regardless of their title. I believe great design collectively reframes challenges as opportunities for improvement. This transformation requires collaborative energy and effort. My design ethos is to harness and empower people to achieve this together.
My Approach
First, we gather deep insights into user and business contexts. This helps uncover hidden user needs and fuels creative ideation. Next, we rapidly design and test concepts, using a human-centered approach to iteratively build the most valuable product (MVP) experience.
Insight
I specialise in conducting industry, product and user research to uncover opportunities to innovate and iterate business. This focusses process, product, CX, UX, UI, strategy and roadmapping. Ideating with a diverse range of individuals and groups unmasks the 'aha' moment.
Design
Taking the existing to preferred - I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create seamless user experiences and striking interfaces for apps and websites. I provide comprehensive support from prototyping to UX strategies, design systems, and guidelines.
Lead
I work with high performing teams with startups, SMES and enterprise in both B2B and B2C (across all touch-points). I empower individual skillsets and specialties to have meaningful input into creation - ensuring designs meet industry standards and drive business growth.
